Xero General Training
FREEThis demo is a quick 10 minute whistlestop tour of Xero showing you how to raise invoices, bills and reconcile your bank. This is usually for clients who are considering moving to Xero from another software or change from manual processes.

£195.00 + VATThis training covers the day-to-day fundamentals of using Xero for your business and can be held via Teams, in person, on your own or in a group setting within your business. We’ll run through raising sales and purchase invoices, reconciling the bank, personalising your Xero and we’ll also touch on tips and tricks that we think you might find helpful. This course is aimed at clients who are new to Xero and haven’t had any training yet or those who want a refresh on using the software.

£50.00 + VATThis training session shows you the basics of using Dext and how to process documents, set up supplier rules, auto-fetch and helpful hints and tricks. This session will ensure you’re ready to start processing invoices through to Xero.

Company formation – Premium
£250.00 + VATWith this service, we will form your new Limited company or LLP at Companies House on your behalf. As part of the service, you will receive the incorporation certificate, memorandum and articles and share certificate(s).
In addition to this, we’d also register your business for VAT and PAYE so that your business is fully ready to operate.
Company formation – Basic
£150.00 + VATWith this service, we will form your new Limited company or LLP at Companies House on your behalf. As part of the service, you will receive the incorporation certificate, memorandum and articles and share certificate(s).
Share transfer
£75.00 + VATIf you would like to change the shareholding in your Limited company, we will prepare the share transfer form for your signature(s). We will then update the Confirmation Statement at Companies House, where applicable, to update this.
Share Issue
£175.00 + VATIf you would like to issue more shares in your Limited company, we will prepare the share issue form for your signature(s). We will then update the Confirmation Statement at Companies House, where applicable, to update this.
Share reclassification
£100.00 + VATIf you would like to reclassify share classes in your Limited company, we will prepare the relevant forms for your signature(s). We will update the Confirmation Statement at Companies House, where applicable, to update this.
Company Strike off
£175.00 + VATIf you need your Limited company striking off, we would prepare and submit the appropriate forms to action this at Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs.
Dividend vouchers & minutes (Per round of dividends)
£25.00 + VATIf you would like us to formalise the dividends paid by your company, we can prepare the board minutes and dividend vouchers each time your company votes dividends to the shareholders.
Management Accounts
£250.00 + VATIf you need a one-off set of management accounts preparing for your business, either to provide for lending purposes, or simply to act as an interim check to see how your business is performing, our team can prepare these for you based on your records.
Appointment or resignation of Directors
£50.00 + VATWe can add or remove directors from your Limited company by preparing all the necessary forms for your signature(s) before submitting them to Companies House.
PAYE Registration
£75.00 + VATWe will set up a PAYE scheme for your company and register with HM Revenue & Customs so that you can pay you and your staff correctly, via a registered scheme.
VAT Registration
£75.00 + VATWe’d consult with you on the right VAT scheme that for your business, once you’re happy with the scheme your business will operate on, we will register with HM Revenue & Customs.
